Itinerary — 2 Days of Stargazing, Camping & Cosmic Adventure
Day 1 – Arrive at Bhandardara & Begin Stargazing
Participants can board our comfortable, air-conditioned bus from the following pickup points:

Day 2 – Sunrise Over Wilson Dam & Return to Mumbai

- 7:30 – 8:30 AMEnjoy a calm morning by the lakeside and watch the sunrise over the hills.
- 8:30 – 9:30 AMHave breakfast, share stories, and capture those last few pictures.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following fees based on how far in advance you cancel:
- •7 days or more before departure: 2% cancellation fee
- •3 to 6 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee
- •24–48 hours before departure: 30% cancellation fee
- •Less than 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- •No-show: No refund
If Infinite.AU postpones or cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances — such as adverse weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns — participants can choose between a full refund or a credit voucher valid for six months.

No experience is needed. All Infinite.AU events are beginner-friendly. Our astronomers guide you through constellation identification, telescope operation, and everything else on the night.
Yes. Our events are family-oriented and designed for all ages. Children aged 8 and above will love the telescope viewing and constellation stories. Younger children are welcome at parents' discretion.

Guided stargazing with expert astronomers, telescope viewing sessions with 6 professional telescopes, astronomy talk and constellation tour, overnight stay at the campsite, campfire, astrophotography guidance, and morning breakfast. Exact inclusions are listed on each event page.
Warm clothing (it gets cold after midnight even in winter), comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, a camera or phone for astrophotography, and a sense of wonder. A complete packing list is sent with your booking confirmation.
Bhandardara is approximately 165 km from Mumbai — about 3.5 to 4 hours by road via the Mumbai-Nashik Highway (NH3). Most guests self-drive or arrange shared transport. Detailed travel instructions are sent after booking.
