Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

IAU INFINITE AU STAR GAZING SERVICES LLP is committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for all our customers.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the applicable cancellation period after placing the order.

• 7 days or more before departure: 2% cancellation fee applies. 98% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• 3 to 6 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee applies. 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• 24–48 hours before departure: 30% cancellation fee applies. 70% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies. 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• No-show: If you fail to attend the event without prior communication, no refund will be applicable.

2. Credit Voucher Option

In lieu of a refund, you may choose to receive a credit voucher for the full booking amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance, applicable towards any future Infinite.AU event of equivalent value.

3. Cancellation by Infinite.AU

If an event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances — including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns — registered participants will be offered either:

• A full refund of the amount paid; or
• A credit voucher for the full amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

4. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation and credited to the original payment method.
